Image recoloring for color vision deficiency compensation: a survey

چکیده
Abstract People with color vision deficiency (CVD) have a reduced capability to discriminate different colors. This impairment can cause inconveniences in the individuals’ daily lives and may even expose them dangerous situations, such as failing read traffic signals. CVD affects approximately 200 million people worldwide. In order compensate for CVD, significant number of image recoloring studies been proposed. this survey, we briefly review representative existing methods categorize according their methodological characteristics. Concurrently, summarize evaluation metrics, both subjective quantitative, introduced compare state-of-the-art using experimental results quantitative metrics.
